1 cup frozen strawberries 

1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen) 

1 banana, sliced 

½ cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain) 

1 cup coconut water or almond milk 



1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness) 

½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

In a blender, combine the strawberries, pineapple, banana, Greek yogurt, coconut water (or almond milk), honey (if using), and vanilla extract.

Blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes, or until the mixture is creamy and smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more coconut water or almond milk to reach your desired consistency.
