Ingredients:
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp unsalted butter
2 cups mushrooms, finely chopped (button or cremini)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried thyme
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
4 oz (115 g) cream cheese, softened
½ cup sour cream
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Optional: fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the mushrooms, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mushrooms are golden brown and any liquid has evaporated. Set aside to cool slightly.

In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Stir until well combined.

Fold the cooked mushroom mixture into the creamy cheese mixture until evenly incorporated.

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Transfer the dip mixture to an oven-safe baking dish or skillet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired. Serve warm with crusty bread, crackers, or vegetable sticks for dipping. Enjoy!
