Ingredients:
2 tbsp olive oil 🫒
1 tbsp unsalted butter 🧈
2 cups mushrooms, finely chopped (button or cremini) 🍄

½ tsp salt 🧂
½ tsp black pepper 🌶️
4 oz (115 g) cream cheese, softened 🧀
½ cup sour cream 🥄
½ cup mayonnaise 🥄
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese 🧀
¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese 🧀
Optional: fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish) 🌿
Instructions:
