Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Roll-Ups

Ingredients:
For the Alfredo Sauce:
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
4 tbsp unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Roll-Ups:
9 lasagna noodles, cooked al dente
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie works well)
1 ½ cups ricotta cheese
1 egg
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions:
For the Alfredo Sauce:
1️⃣ Make the Alfredo sauce: In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute). Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Gradually add Parmesan cheese, whisking until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside. 🍶🧄
For the Roll-Ups:
2️⃣ Prepare the filling: In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, egg, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, and optional parsley. 🧀🍗
