Ingredients:
8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup mini Reese’s Pieces
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1/2 cup crushed peanut butter cups (optional)
For coating:
1/4 cup mini Reese’s Pieces
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
1/4 cup crushed peanut butter cups
Instructions:
In a large bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Stir in 1 cup of mini Reese’s Pieces, 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips, and crushed peanut butter cups (if using). Mix until evenly distributed.
Shape the mixture into a ball using your hands, then wrap it tightly in plastic wrap. Wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
In a separate bowl, mix together the remaining Reese’s Pieces, mini chocolate chips, and crushed peanut butter cups.
After chilling, remove the cheese ball from the fridge and roll it in the candy mixture to coat the outside. Make sure itβs evenly covered.
Serve with graham crackers, pretzels, or fruit for dipping!
