Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

These savory, cheesy bites combine juicy cheeseburger fillings wrapped in buttery biscuit dough, topped with a garlic-Parmesan glaze. They’re perfect for appetizers, parties, or a fun family dinner!
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed or shredded
1 can (16.3 oz) biscuit dough
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 tbsp parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: Add 6 slices of cooked, crumbled bacon for extra flavor.
Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat Oven: Set to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Cook the Filling: Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, salt, and pepper, cooking until fragrant and fully cooked. Drain excess fat. Stir in Parmesan and cheddar cheeses until melted and mixed. If using bacon, fold it into the mixture. Allow to cool slightly.
3️⃣ Prepare the Dough: Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch round. Place a heaping tablespoon of the beef mixture in the center. Fold the dough over the filling, pinching the edges to seal.
4️⃣ Assemble: Place the dough balls seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush with melted butter.
5️⃣ Bake: Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
6️⃣ Add Garlic Parmesan Glaze: Mix melted butter, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese. Brush over the warm bombs right out of the oven. Garnish with parsley if desired.
7️⃣ Serve: Pair with dipping sauces like ranch, ketchup, or BBQ sauce. Enjoy warm!
