A gourmet recipe for cream cheese and bacon stuffed chicken coated with crispy Doritos pieces! Perfect for a comforting and fun meal .
Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
200 g cream cheese, softened
100 g de bacon, cuit et émietté
1 cup (about 100 g) of grated cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
2 cups of shredded Doritos (your choice of flavor like nacho cheese or cool ranch)
1 tablespoon olive oil (or melted butter)
Instructions
Preparing the oven and chicken:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Using a knife, open each chicken breast in a wallet (without cutting it completely) to create a pocket.
Preparing the prank:
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, crumbled bacon and grated cheddar cheese. Season with a pinch of salt, pepper and fresh parsley if desired.
Divide the stuffing inside every chicken breast.
Coating in Doritos:
Place the Doritos pieces in a sealable plastic bag and crush them into thin crumbs.
Lather each chicken breast with a little olive oil or melted butter, then coat them evenly with Doritos crumbs with a slight pressing to make them stick.
Baking in the oven:
Place stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish.
Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is well cooked through and the breadcrumb is golden and crispy.
