Instructions:
Prepare the Cake: Bake the chocolate cake according to package instructions or use your favorite homemade chocolate cake recipe. Allow the cake to cool completely, then cut it into small cubes. Lightly brush the cubes with Baileys for extra flavor.
Make the Cheesecake Filling: In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Add the Baileys Irish Cream and mix until well combined. Gently fold in the whipped topping. Set aside.
