2 tbsp brown sugar 🍬

Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Apples:
In a bowl, mix the apple slices with the brown sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice. Let sit for a few minutes so the apples absorb the spices.
2️⃣ Roll Out the Dough and Add the Apples:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Unroll the puff pastry on a flat surface and brush it with melted butter. Arrange the apple slices all over the dough, leaving a small border on one side to seal the roll.
3️⃣ Roll the Dough:
Carefully roll the puff pastry tightly to obtain a roll. Seal the edge of the dough with a little beaten egg to prevent it from opening during cooking.
4️⃣ Cut the Rolls:
Cut the roll into slices about 2 cm thick. Place each slice flat on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
5️⃣ Brush and Bake:
Brush the rolls with the beaten egg for a nice golden brown. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and crispy.
6️⃣ Serve:
Let cool slightly then sprinkle with icing sugar before serving. Enjoy your apple rolls warm or at room temperature for a perfect dessert or snack! 😋
