Loaded Turkey Bacon Cheeseburger Pasta

Ingredients:
12 oz pasta (such as rotini or penne) 🍝
1 lb ground beef 🥩
6 strips turkey bacon, chopped 🥓
1 small onion, chopped 🧅
2 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes, drained 🍅
1 cup heavy cream 🥛
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese 🧀
Salt and pepper, to taste 🧂
Fresh parsley or chives, chopped, for garnish 🌿
Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. 🍝
2️⃣ Cook the Turkey Bacon: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside on a paper towel-lined plate. 🥓
3️⃣ Brown the Ground Beef: In the same skillet, add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Add the onion and garlic, cooking until the onion is soft and translucent. Season with salt and pepper. 🥩🧄
4️⃣ Combine Ingredients: Add the drained tomatoes and heavy cream to the skillet, stirring to combine. Allow it to simmer for 5 minutes, then stir in the cooked pasta, crispy turkey bacon, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until everything is well coated and the cheese is melted. 🍅🧀
5️⃣ Top with Cheese: Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of cheddar cheese over the pasta. Cover and let it melt for a couple of minutes, or broil for a golden, bubbly finish. 🌟
6️⃣ Serve: Garnish with chopped parsley or chives, serve warm, and enjoy this loaded bacon cheeseburger pasta! 😋
