Reese’s Stuffed Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter, softened 🧈
1 cup creamy peanut butter 🥜
1 cup granulated sugar 🍬
1 cup brown sugar 🍬
2 large eggs 🥚
2 tsp vanilla extract 🌼
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt 🧂
1 ½ cups chocolate chips 🍫
12 mini Reese’s peanut butter cups, unwrapped 🥜🍫
Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 🔥
2️⃣ Mix the wet ingredients: In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and beat until combined. 🧈🥜
3️⃣ Add the dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined. 🍚
4️⃣ Fold in chocolate chips: Gently fold in the chocolate chips into the cookie dough. 🍫
5️⃣ Stuff the cookies: Scoop about 2 tablespoons of dough and flatten it into a disk. Place a mini Reese’s peanut butter cup in the center and wrap the dough around it, ensuring the Reese’s is fully enclosed. Roll the dough into a ball. Repeat with the remaining dough and peanut butter cups. 🥜🍫
6️⃣ Bake the cookies: Place the stuffed cookie dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the centers are slightly soft. 🍪
7️⃣ Cool and serve: Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy warm for an extra gooey center! 😋🍫
