Oreo Banana Bread

Ingredients:
2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour 🌾
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt 🧂
½ cup (115g) unsalted butter, softened 🧈
¾ cup (150g) granulated sugar
2 large eggs 🥚
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 ripe bananas, mashed 🍌
12 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped 🍪
½ cup (85g) mini chocolate chips (optional for extra chocolate goodness) 🍫
Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line a 9×5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper. 🔥

2️⃣ In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set this dry mixture aside. 🌾

3️⃣ In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. 🧈🍯

4️⃣ Mix in the mashed bananas and vanilla extract until smooth. 🍌

5️⃣ Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix the batter. 🌾

6️⃣ Gently fold in the chopped Oreo cookies and mini chocolate chips (if using) until evenly distributed throughout the batter. 🍪🍫

7️⃣ Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula. Optionally, press a few extra Oreo pieces into the top of the batter for decoration. 🍥

8️⃣ Bake in the preheated oven for 55-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean. 🔥⏳

9️⃣ Let the banana bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely. 🍞

🔟 Slice and enjoy your delicious Oreo Banana Bread! This moist and flavorful treat is perfect with a cup of coffee or as an afternoon snack. 🍌🍪
