Ingredients
¾ cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons sundried tomatoes, finely chopped
1 tablespoon Kalamata olives, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
3 garlic cloves, crushed
2 teaspoons red chili flakes
1 teaspoon sumac
Zest of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon flaky sea salt (adjust to taste)
Instructions
Combine Ingredients:
In a small bowl or shallow plate with a lip, add the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Parmesan cheese, sundried tomatoes, Kalamata olives, rosemary, thyme, crushed garlic, chili flakes, sumac, and lemon zest.
