Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken, finely chopped or shredded
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 large eggs
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup mayonnaise
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix chicken, mozzarella, Parmesan, eggs, flour, and mayonnaise until well combined.
Heat a non stick skillet over medium heat with a little oil.
Drop spoonfuls of mixture into skillet and flatten slightly.
Cook 3 to 4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
Drain on paper towel and serve warm.
