Ingredients:
1 box chocolate cake mix
3 eggs
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
10 Oreo cookies, crushed
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup white chocolate, melted
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 10×15-inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
2. In a large bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil. Mix until smooth and well combined.
3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
4. While the cake is baking, lay a clean kitchen towel on a flat surface and dust it with powdered sugar.
5. When the cake is done, immediately turn it out onto the prepared towel. Carefully peel off the parchment paper.
6. Starting from a short end, gently roll the cake up with the towel inside. Let it cool completely.
7. To make the filling, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; mix until creamy.
8. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream and crushed Oreos into the cream cheese mixture.
9. Carefully unroll the cooled cake and spread the Oreo filling evenly over it. Re-roll the cake (without the towel) tightly.
10. Drizzle the top with melted white chocolate. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before slicing and serving.
