Apple Pie Biscuits

Ingredients:

 

1 can of buttermilk biscuits

1 can of apple pie filling

1/2 cup of melted butter

1/2 cup of brown sugar

1 tablespoon of cinnamon

Directions:

 

Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish or line with parchment paper.

Prepare the biscuits: Open the can of buttermilk biscuits and separate them. Cut each biscuit into quarters, creating smaller pieces.

Make the apple filling: In a bowl, mix the apple pie filling with cinnamon and brown sugar. Stir to combine, then set aside.

Combine: Toss the biscuit pieces in the melted butter, making sure they are well-coated.

Layer in baking dish: Layer the buttered biscuit pieces in the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Then pour the apple pie filling mixture over the biscuits, spreading it evenly.

Bake: Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden and fully cooked through.

Serve: Let the dish cool slightly before serving. You can top it with a drizzle of more melted butter or a scoop of vanilla ice cream for extra indulgence!
