Ingredients:
For the filling:
1 lb (450g) ground beef
Β½ cup diced onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Β½ tsp salt
Β½ tsp black pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
For the bombs:
1 tube (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp dried parsley (optional)
Instructions:
Cook the beef filling: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onions until the beef is browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat. Add minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper, stirring until well combined. Let cool slightly.
Add cheese to the filling: Once the beef mixture has cooled, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until evenly mixed. Set aside.
Prepare the biscuit dough: Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces. Flatten each biscuit into a 4-5 inch circle using your hands or a rolling pin.
Assemble the bombs: Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit. Fold the edges of the dough up and over the filling, pinching to seal. Roll into a ball shape.
Season the bombs: Place the dough balls seam-side down on a greased baking sheet. Brush each with melted butter, then sprinkle with garlic powder, grated Parmesan cheese, and parsley (if using).
Bake: Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Bake the cheeseburger bombs for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serve and enjoy: Let the bombs cool slightly before serving. Theyβre perfect on their own or dipped in ketchup, ranch, or your favorite sauce!
