Ingredients:
– 1 (16oz) pack of refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
– 4 oz mozzarella cheese (shredded or cubed)
– 4 tbsp melted butter (half a stick)
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp Italian seasoning
– pinch of salt
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400°F, and get a baking sheet lined with parchment paper ready.
Take each biscuit and place an even amount of mozzarella on top. I used soft mozzarella, cutting it into cubes. Shredded mozzarella or even cheddar works great too!
Now, wrap the biscuit dough around the cheese, pinching and sealing it tightly to keep that gooey goodness inside.
Place the sealed balls on the baking sheet, making sure the sealed side is down. Bake them for about 10-12 minutes until they’re golden brown. The longer they bake, the better the cheese melts!
While those cheesy bites bake, melt the butter in the microwave. Mix in the garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt to create a buttery herb blend.
As soon as your bombs come out of the oven, generously brush them with the buttery mixture.
Serve them warm for the best experience – everyone will thank you! Enjoy!
