1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped

1 cup lump crab meat

2 cups fresh spinach, chopped (or 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained)

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp Old Bay seasoning (optional)

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley or chives for garnish

Instructions:

Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch baking dish.


Cook the spinach: In a skillet, heat a little olive oil over medium heat. Add the fresh spinach and cook until wilted (about 2-3 minutes). If using frozen spinach, skip this step and ensure it is thoroughly drained.


Mix the dip base: In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning (if using), salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and well combined.




Bake the dip: Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the top is golden brown.
