Ingredients:
4 cups potatoes, diced (about 4 medium potatoes) 🥔
1 lb (450g) chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces 🍗
6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled 🥓
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 🧀
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese 🧀
1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix 🌿
2 tbsp olive oil 🫒
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish) 🌿
Salt and black pepper to taste 🧂
Instructions:
